Rob graduated with honors from Florida Atlantic University with a B.A. in Political Science in 1987. Past and present licenses include Real Estate Associate and Broker, Mortgage Broker and Title Insurance. Rob is past President of City Business BNI, a past speaker and National Presenter for By Referral Only, and a former advisory group member to Morgan Stanley.

Entrepreneurship seemed to come early for Marc Feinberg. Growing up in Pomona NY, Marc delivered newspapers, walked most of the neighborhood dogs, babysat, waxed automobiles and by the age of 14 was averaging $300 per week income and learned the principles and benefits of good hard work. By the age of 22, Mr. Feinberg would open his first wholesale produce company called 18 Carrot Produce. Finding Jesus at the age of 31 inspired him to change the name of that company to “The Fruit of The Spirit” which he sold in 2005. He has assisted in the launch of over a dozen companies and currently is the CEO of Crown Financial Solutions. He is also the Co-Founder of The Association of Christian Businesses. Marc lives in Lantana Florida and is the proud father of 4 children whose names are Megan 18, Jonathan 11, Danielle 10, and Joshua 3.

Azil Malan was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa. She moved with her family to California as a teenager, where she lived and worked for about 15 years. Once she had her son, she decided to make a major life change, and moved to South Florida. She began her career in the financial industry in California where she did closings for an independent escrow company and also originated mortgage loans. After dabbling in all aspects of the mortgage business, as well as selling insurance, she set her eyes on restructuring debt and wealth management. She has grown and flourished with Crown Financial Solutions since its conception. She is not only the debt settlement supervisor, but also the office manager allowing her to use both her administrative & managerial talents simultaneously.

Carol Wurzell is a married, mother of two who recently moved to south Florida to be with her three beautiful grandchildren. Carol comes out of a successful business career where she was VP of finances and treasurer of a small corporation in Ohio with over 30 years’ experience. Michelle Martinez was born and raised right here in Lake Worth, Florida. She is a single mother of 4 kids, 2 dogs, and a cat J. Marc Feinberg found her, and ever since that day everyone at Crown Financial Solutions has been teaching and guiding her to grow, both as a person and as an employee. Michelle helps clients in a professional manner and confidently submits requests for home loan modifications as well as settling large amounts of debt on a daily basis.
Venus Scott was originally born and raised in Chicago, IL, and moved to Florida about 8 years ago. She has two lovely children. She has 10 years’ experience in the mortgage lending industry as an Underwriter and Loan Processor, and has successfully been negotiating complicated Loan Modifications for the last 2 years.
Tory L. Cavazos is a Debt settlement specialist at Crown Financial Solutions. She is a kind, outgoing person who enjoys helping others. She was born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida and still resides there. She is a wonderful mother of three lovely children. Belkis M. Orozco moved from Miami to West Palm Beach in 1999. She is married and has 2 sons ages 12 and 20, and 2 step daughters ages 18 and 22. Belkis started in the Mortgage and Finance business in the early 90’s. By 1996 she had switched over to Title Insurance were she supervised and managed two Title companies until she opened her own Title Company in 2005. Unfortunately due to the economy she had to close the doors in 2008. Belkis understands firsthand how your income can change from one day to the other, and the hardship that can bring. She is committed to help people get back on track.
Tim Austin was born and raised in New York but calls Florida his home since 1994. He brings over 25 years’ experience in finance, operations, compliance and management gained with major financial institutions, insurance agencies and mortgage companies. Tim earned an undergraduate degree from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA, and holds an MBA in finance from St. John’s University in NY. He currently holds a mortgage brokers license (NMLS 297608) as well as an Insurance license (215) in the State of Florida. Tim serves at Calvary Chapel Boca Raton and supports 4KIDS of South Florida, Inc. through charity fundraising golf events over the past few years. John Ireland is native to South Florida and graduated with an honors degree in Biblical Studies and Theology, from Word of Life in Schroon Lake, NY. He is currently completing his B.S. in Biblical Studies through Moody Bible Institute. John has over 12 years’ experience in the financial Services industry ranging from Fortune 500 companies, MBNA America and Citibank’s credit card division to Insurance and real estate services. John specializes in helping homeowners and business owners with the latest negotiating strategies as it relates to mortgage modification, debt negotiation, short sale and foreclosure solutions. Rudolph Maragh was born in Kingston, Jamaica on September 27, 1953 the youngest son of the late James and Doris Maragh. He has had achievements in the Quality Control Industry where he rose to success as a Quality Control Engineer, and then proceeded himself by becoming a Production Manager and a Chemical Engineer. He married his childhood sweetheart and they have four children. Shortly, after the birth of his grandchildren. He found solace in the Lord at the New Testament Church of God Theological Seminary. Rudolph now serves as an Associate Pastor in the Church of GOD. In addition, to his thirst for Theological understanding he is an active philanthropist devoting his time to numerous nursing homes.
His zeal for the community and congregation is admired by many and matched by very few. He desires to be the servant of others and to serve in the best way he can. Mr. Maragh believes his great calling in life is to be a wonderful father, practice stewardship under GOD and country, and govern his life by pillars of love, honesty, service performance, commitment, and most of all compassion for others.
